Last week was harsh, and stupid, and ended with enforced hour-and-a-half lunches on ThF and still hitting OT an hour before my usually scheduled Out.

A Running List Of Things I Have Accomplished Today

+ Bed at 8:10, asleep for 12 hours.
+ AM LongHotBath (mmmm)
+ Breakfast (Oatmeal)
+ dinner in the slow cooker (lamb stew)
+ Muskrat Fund from this paycheck transferred to paypal
+ Read two chapters of an Actual Book (The Gift of Fear)
